Assetra Associates is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We help you compare and apply for loans from our partner banks and NBFCs — we are not a bank, NBFC, or lender, and we do not ourselves sanction, disburse or guarantee any loan. The final decision to approve, reject, or set terms for any loan rests entirely with the lending institution, in accordance with its own credit policies and applicable regulations.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a loan agreement in India. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information in your enquiry or application, and to keep your supporting documents genuine and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application by the lender, and may have legal consequences under applicable law. We are not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information you provide.
Submitting an enquiry or application through Assetra Associates does not guarantee that any loan will be approved, or that the rates, tenure or amount you request will be matched. Approval, interest rate, processing time and final loan terms are determined solely by the lending institution based on its own credit assessment.
We do not charge borrowers any fee for using our loan facilitation service — our services to you are free. We are compensated by our partner banks/NBFCs in the form of a referral or processing commission once a loan is disbursed through us. Any processing fees, charges or interest applicable to your loan are set by the lender and will be disclosed to you by the lender before you accept the loan offer.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Assetra mascot, and page design — is the property of Assetra Associates unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
Our website may reference or link to third-party banks, NBFCs or tools. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or the terms of any offer they provide. Any transaction you enter into with a partner lender is solely between you and that lender, governed by that lender's own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assetra Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss arising from a lender's decision to reject, delay or modify any loan application.

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to suspend or terminate access to our website or services, at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
