3. Sharing With Partner Banks & NBFCs

Assetra Associates operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) — we connect borrowers with lending institutions; we are not a bank or NBFC ourselves. To process your loan enquiry, we share the relevant details and documents you provide with the specific bank(s) or NBFC(s) that you wish to apply through. Those institutions will then process your application under their own privacy and data-handling policies, which we encourage you to review separately.

We may also share limited information with service providers who help us operate our website (for example, hosting or email-delivery providers), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law, regulators or courts.
